Configuration is split into:

• World configuration: map, procedural generation, traffic, sensors.

• Agent hub configuration: identity, permissions, quotas, adapters.

World settings control what the agent sees and what exists in the environment.

Agent settings

Agent settings define what a user-provided agent is allowed to do:

• allowed action types

• maximum action rate

• tool permissions (e.g., web access)

• memory and logging policy
